All online purchases can be made after your registration in the webshop. If you are a new customer, during the checkout process you will be asked to fill in your details. If you are a returning customer, you can always log in on our webshop using your username and password, even during the checkout process.

Confirmation of your order

After sending your order, you will receive an e-mail with all details of your order and the method of payment. Once we have processed your order, you will get an e-mail to confirm your order. "Confirmed" means that the goods are in stock, reserved for you and ready for shipment.

Payment of the online purchase

Payment of the goods purchased must be made within 7 days after the "confirmed" message. Otherwise we consider the order as not existing and the goods are released back for sale in our stores.

• The payment by bank transfer only needs to be done once you have received the confirmation e-mail.
• Payment with visa, mastercard of paypall is automatically done on the end of your online purchase. In case the goods are not available or if you wish to cancel your order, we can very easily cancel your online payment as well without any extra costs.
• With Cash-on-delivery, you pay your package when it is delivered by the postal service or in the postal office of your home town. Remember that the postal services only accept cash money when they deliver at your address. This option is only available for shipments in Belgium.

Transport costs

Transport costs are automatically deducted during the checkout process. We use only the rates of the Belgian National Post and limit ourselves to shipments within Europe. For online purchases over 50 euros the shipping costs are free within Belgium.

(*) Attention: If you have made an order of 3 pieces of 60€, making a total order of 180€, there are no shipping fees to be considered. But if afterwards you choose to cancel and return 2 pieces (so that the remaining order is but 60€), the shipping fees will be deducted from the amount we have to pay back to you.

Return and exchange

Return and exchange of the goods is possible within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Of course, only shoes and bags that were not worn or used can be returned. Any form of wear or damage to returned goods, will not be accepted by Pillini. All goods should be returned at Pillini Middelkerke.

Transportation costs are borne by the customer. For the shipments within Belgium we have provided a easy return option. Within the documents that come with your order, there will be a ready to use return label included in case you wish to return the goods. The price of this label will be deducted afterwards from the amount we need to pay back to you.
