Online sales conditions

All online purchases can be made after your registration in the webshop. If you are a new customer, during the checkout process you will be asked to fill in your details. If you are you a returning customer, you can always log in on our webshop using your username and password, even during the checkout process.

Confirmation of your order

After sending your order, you will receive an e-mail with all details of your order and the method of payment. Payment should only be done once the order status of your order is changed from "pending" to "confirmed". You will get an e-mail
of this change. "Confirmed" means that the goods are in stock, reserved for you and ready for shipment.

Payment of the online purchase

Payment of the goods purchased must be made within 7 days after the "confirmed" message. Otherwise we consider the order as not existing and the goods are released back for sale in our stores.

Transport costs

Transport costs are automatically deducted during the checkout process. We use only the rates of the Belgian National Post and limit ourselves to shipments within Europe. For online purchases over 100 euros the shipping costs are free.

Return and exchange

Return and exchange of the goods is possible within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Transportation costs are borne by the customer. Of course, only shoes and bags that were not worn or used can be returned. Any form of wear or damage to returned goods, will not be accepted by Pillini. All goods should be returned at Pillini Middelkerke.
